Property has Site Plan Approval for 285 Units

POMPANO BEACH, FL – JUNE 5, 2024 – AMAC, a national real estate investor and developer, announced the acquisition of a 6.2 acre site in Pompano Beach, Florida, located at 3151 N Federal Highway. The property has site plan approval for 285 multifamily units.

The approved site plan calls for a mix of studio to three-bedroom units, each equipped with modern features including stainless steel appliances, stone counters, in-unit washers and dryers and custom lighting and plumbing features. The building will offer its residents a suite of luxury amenities including a professional gym, pool and outdoor lounge, club room, social room, grilling areas, and office lounge.

AMAC will be developing the property with Miami-based real estate development firm ROVR Development. The deal expands AMAC and ROVR’s presence in South Florida, where they completed Biscayne 112, a 402-unit multifamily property located at 11200 Biscayne Boulevard. AMAC and ROVR will be delivering Arvella, a 290-unit multifamily property located at 17990 West Dixie Highway in Ojus and Griffin 441, a 180-unit multifamily property located at 4465 Griffin Road in Hollywood in Q3 2024.

Located along Federal Highway, the development site is equidistant from downtown Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, providing easy access to employment centers, medical facilities, shopping centers, and restaurants.
