Hamir Ramolia is a senior real estate executive with over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Ramolia joined AMAC at its inception and currently serves as Head of Capital Markets. In this role, he oversees all debt and equity capitalization strategies and is actively involved in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management across the firm’s portfolio. He has played a key role in sourcing, structuring, and executing complex transactions while cultivating long-standing relationships with institutional lenders and capital partners. Prior to AMAC, Mr. Ramolia began his career at Capmark Financial Group (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage), where he focused on the origination and underwriting of structured finance transactions, including bridge loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, CMBS, and distressed debt investments.

Mr. Ramolia earned his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University.

Zach Aries is Senior Vice President, Counsel at AMAC Holdings, where he leads AMAC’s legal function. Zach works closely with AMAC’s leadership and investment and development professionals on all real estate equity, financing, fund and corporate matters. Previously, Zach was Vice President at Cain International (an affiliate of Eldridge Industries), where he worked on real estate equity, real estate credit, and private equity matters. At Cain, Zach served as lead counsel and a primary businessperson on all aspects of the development of Aman Beverly Hills, a $10 billion GDV project. Prior to that, Zach was a real estate finance attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where he represented lenders, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and developers in complex financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and M&A deals. Zach has closed more than $40 billion of transactions during his career.

Mr. Aries earned his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and has a J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law.

Nick Costagliola is a seasoned real estate executive, boasting over 20 years of expertise in the accounting and commercial real estate sectors. In February 2025, Mr. Costagliola joined AMAC, where he currently holds the position of Head of Finance. In this capacity, he manages all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic planning across the firm’s portfolio. Prior to AMAC, he served as Vice President of Corporate Accounting at RXR, overseeing accounting and financial reporting for both corporate and property-level entities. He launched his career at Berdon LLP, where he dedicated his efforts to assisting clients with various aspects of the commercial real estate acquisition process, GAAP financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Mr. Costagliola earned his undergraduate degree from Dowling College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.

Jeremy Forman is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at AMAC, where he assists in deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, investor relations, land acquisitions, and pre-development underwriting. Since joining AMAC as an Analyst, Jeremy has risen through the organization and plays an integral role in the firm’s multifamily investment platform. Jeremy began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Royal Bank of Canada, advising clients across the real estate, technology, and consumer products sectors.

Mr. Forman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.

Lenny Luckman is Senior Vice President of Development and Asset Management at AMAC, where he leads the firm’s ground-up development program and asset manages new projects from inception through lease-up. Before real estate, Lenny served with Teach For America in public and charter schools, an experience that shaped his hands on, mission driven approach. Over his career he has worked across office, co-working, retail, and multifamily value-add projects, and now focuses primarily on ground-up new development. His projects span the Northeast, Florida, Texas, and Tennessee, requiring creative problem solving, rigorous construction management, and the ability to navigate challenging deals from entitlement through delivery. He brings the same intensity to every phase, and the properties AMAC builds speak for themselves.

Mr. Luckman holds a B.S. from the University of Miami School of Business, a Master’s from Fordham University, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Ron Martin is a senior real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily commercial real estate industry. Ron joined AMAC in 2026 and currently serves as Head of Asset Management. In this role, he oversees the asset management team and provides strategic leadership and direction for AMAC’s stabilized residential portfolio. Prior to joining AMAC, Ron was Head of Multifamily Asset Management for The Olayan Group, a global LP investor who owned 45,000 apartments across U.S. He began his career as an executive with AvalonBay Communities, a large publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), where he held a variety of roles in asset management, redevelopment, corporate FP&A and internal audit.

Mr. Martin received his Bachelors Degree from Penn State University and his Masters in Business Administration from University of Maryland.

Matt Neufeld is a real estate professional with more than 10 years of experience in multifamily and commercial real estate asset management. He joined AMAC in June 2026 and currently serves as Director of Asset Management, overseeing the Southeast portfolio and providing strategic leadership and direction for AMAC’s stabilized residential assets. Prior to joining AMAC, Matt served as Director of Asset Management at LivCor, a Blackstone-owned company, where he was responsible for asset performance across key Southeastern markets, including South Florida and Jacksonville. Throughout his career, he has focused on maximizing property performance, driving value creation initiatives, and executing strategic business plans across diverse multifamily portfolios. Matt’s experience spans asset management, operations oversight, financial analysis, capital planning, and portfolio strategy, with a proven track record of enhancing asset value and delivering strong investment results.

Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and his master’s in business administration Florida International University.

Steven Shelley brings over 20 years of multi-family real estate experience AMAC. Mr. Shelley joined AMAC in 2018, where he focuses on acquiring and developing multi-family properties. Prior to AMAC, Mr. Shelley joined Pillar Income Asset Management in 2005, where he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, and development for several publicly traded real estate firms, as well as a number of privately held companies and non-profits.  His experience of 5,000 multi-family units developed and another 4,000 acquired contribute to over $2 billion in transaction history in Mr. Shelley’s career.

Mr. Shelley earned his BBA from Baylor University and MBA from Texas Tech University.
